a few pictures of a few of the acts we had playing at the Launch Party!

With a massive turnout of over 500 people the event was a great sucess with hundreds of people getting in touch about the project afterwards!

Photos of the evening event coming soon, and a big thanks to everyone who gave their time for free!

Take a look at the research we gathered here.

A video put togeather by Sam Gibson of the BBC investigating what buskers think of the stage.

The launch party!

The weekend was a big success and a big thankyou to all of the performers and everyone who came along! We counted about 750 all togeather!

We spread the word, found out what you think about the project and everyone had a good time, photos and videos will be up on the blog soon!

Tell the world!

We need performers please!

We need performers please!

Welcome to the first post of the Magic Roundabout blog!
Here we will keep you updated on how to get involed, help out, donate or just keep an eye on things.
Above is a diagram of what we are proposing to install in Bristol’s st James Barton Roundabout. Click on the picture for more details about the project.
Over the next for months there will be concerts meetings and much more to raise awareness of the project and get enough cash together to make it happen.
The project is a collaboration between Spacehive.com and The Bearpit Improvement Group (http://www.the-bear-pit.org.uk/), who have dedicated their free time over the last few years to improving the space.
